Më 23 dhe 28 maj 2025, në Universitetin e Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi” u zhvilluan trajnimet me studentët mbi temën: “Monitorimi i Partneriteteve Publike-Private në Shqipëri.”
Studentët u njohën me kontratat PPP, kuadrin ligjor dhe institucional, si dhe sfidat që Shqipëria has në zbatimin e tyre.
Trajnimet theksuan fuqinë e angazhimit qytetar dhe rolin e të rinjve në garantimin e transparencës dhe llogaridhënies në monitorimin e kontratave publike.

On May 23 and 28, 2025, training sessions were held at the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” with students on the topic: “Monitoring Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Albania.”
Students explored PPP contracts, the legal and institutional framework, and the challenges Albania faces in their implementation.
The sessions emphasized the power of civic engagement and the role of youth in ensuring transparency and accountability in monitoring public contracts.
