The CLE – Centre for Legal Empowerment, in partnership with Albanian Institutes for Research, will implement the project “Building capacities for sustainable monitoring of public contracts within the MATRA – European Cooperation Embassy Program 2024
The project will address systemic vulnerabilities in Albania’s public procurement (PP) practices, specifically focusing on public-private partnerships (PPPs). The initiative will enhance transparency, accountability, and the overall integrity of PP processes.
